I Love My Wife

I am totally head over heels in love with my wife Jennifer! Unfortunately, I also express my love for her in a totally inadequate fashion. With this blog, I hope to correct that oversight, although I don’t think I will ever sufficiently express how greatly I love her until that great day when my heart is no longer burdened by the fall, free to share without fear or pride. Until that day, I will never be worthy to call her my wife, but I will forever be her completely devoted Husband.

I plan to explore the ever multiplying reasons why I love my wife. Some are as simple as the fantastic coffee Jen brews for me (I have never tasted its equal) – others are as powerful as our beautiful daughter Abby, who’s remarkable happiness is a product of Jen’s unfailing care. Another goal for this site is to document how I love my wife. Loving your wife is not good enough if you don’t make her feel loved each day and in each interaction. It is also not good enough to be casual about loving your wife. If your love is truly great there should be evidence of effort, planning, and sacrifice in abundance. As said above, I am woefully inadequate in this capacity, but by God’s grace I intend to change. You can keep tabs on my progress here.
